Outdoor Family Photography Session

Hello blog readers!

Let me stop for a second to tell you that I am seriously the luckiest photographer in the world. My clients are always so amazing to work with. That's true of my session with the Johnson family, too!

I met up with them on a November evening near their home in Kapilina and the weather was a tad windy, but you wouldn't know it from the fabulous images we were able to get. At the beginning of the shoot, it was still warm with a bit of cloud cover and as the shoot continued, the sun went down which brought cooler weather. While the weather was challenging, it was the Johnson family that made this shoot such a success.

The Johnson family consists of Ryan and Morgan, and their two beautiful daughters Eyerly, and Emmerson. Ryan is in the Army and stationed in Hawaii. He enjoys hiking, volleyball, and is an amazing woodworker. Morgan is a talented quilt making stay at home mom who enjoys baking. Sweet Eyerly love her shoes and Emme likes to be held.

The Johnson's favorite family activity is "going to the park or ocean. We love playing outside as a family" Morgan said.

As you can see from the comments above and the photos below, this family is not only photogenic, but also a close-knit group who clearly love spending time together. Ryan, Morgan, Eyerly, and Emme are lucky to have each other.

Below are some highlights from our session.
